At this time, RedMoon’s Wi-Fi service is only available within the City of Addison, but the opportunities and possibilities are endless.

No wires, no hassle, just pick up your laptop and go. You don't have to be a Addison resident to subscribe to the MoonOverAddison Network ... but you do need to be within Addison to receive the connection. It's the perfect service for sales people, delivery people, and others who work in their cars all day long as well as residents, business professionals, students, and car pool moms!

The MoonOverAddison Wi-Fi network is much like cellular service in that, reception can be weak in some areas and within buildings and residences. If you are experiencing a weak signal, adding a Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) or Modem will boost and enhance the signal as well as add an additional level of security. The CPE will also "network" or allow access to multiple computers and printers in a home or office environment. If you are experiencing a weak signal, we encourage you to try adding the wireless modem or CPE.

The cost of the CPE for RedMoon subscribers is $125 and can be ordered by calling our office at 972-599-3900 or by sending an email to support@MoonOverAddison.com.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the increased signal strength, simply return the CPE within 30 days, and we will be happy to issue a refund.
